Derbyshire County Fencing Union was set up in 2012 with the objectives of developing and encouraging fencing within Derbyshire, and to promote and organize fencing championships and matches within the area. The Union has an elected committee who represent all Derbyshire fencing clubs and advise England Fencing and England Fencing East Midlands Region on matters relevant to those clubs.
